Cancellation Policy

Pricing & Booking - All rates are per vehicle, for round-trip private transport between Singapore ↔ Genting Highlands - Maximum 6 passengers per car - Inclusive of fuel, tolls, parking, and cross-border charges - Luggage limit: up to 2 large suitcases – additional luggage may incur extra fees or require an MPV/second vehicle - Pickup points must be within Singapore only - Changi Airport pickup and drop-off not available for this route - Drop-off limited to Genting Highlands hotels - Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance - Travel must occur between 01 July 2025 – 31 October 2025 - Subject to vehicle and driver availability on selected dates - Not combinable with other offers or promotions - Tour packages are not included with this service Changes, Cancellations & Refunds - Changes to bookings (date/time/route) must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval No refunds for: - Unused services after departure - No-shows - Early termination of service Payment is non-refundable, but can be postponed within 6 months of the original travel date (subject to availability) Passenger Responsibility - Valid travel documents (passports, visas, permits) must be arranged by passengers before departure - Arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled pickup time - Seatbelts must be worn throughout the journey (required by law) - No consumption of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items allowed during travel - Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; excess luggage may incur charges - Misconduct or illegal behavior may result in service termination without refund - Passengers must follow driver’s safety instructions at all times Service Quality & Liability - Drivers are assigned by the company, fully licensed, trained, and professional - All vehicles are insured and comply with Singapore and Malaysia transport regulations The company is not liable for: - Indirect damages (e.g. missed flights/events, due to delays, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances) - Delays due to weather, traffic, border conditions, or unforeseen events - Service disruption caused by natural disasters, strikes, or border restrictions
